Joseph Ndede Acquaye

Joseph Ndede Acquaye, founder and Chief Executive Officer of the company, has been the driving force behind its vision and growth since its establishment in 1995. What began as a sole proprietorship under his guidance evolved into a limited liability company by 2006, reflecting its growing operations and strategic direction.

With a hands-on leadership approach, Mr. Acquaye has overseen the company’s expansion across multiple fronts —including human resource development, opening of new branches, and the introduction of additional product lines.
His foresight has also led to successful partnerships and distribution agreements, notably securing sole distributorships for Aervoe (USA) and Bearing Man (South Africa), while also championing the creation and promotion of the Tenack brand.
